“I love Defender. I bought a newly built home in Elk Grove not knowing anything and a friend referred them to me. Bill is great. He's always friendly and helpful, and Page and Ruth are always pleasant to speak to on the phone, and always willing to accommodate my requests. I live near an open land that is now being turned over for condos. The solution that Defender uses to keep the bugs away is super powerful. We don't see ANY bugs and we can't smell what is sprayed when Bill provides the service. They treat the garage, interior, and perimeter of my house every other month. They get rid of any cobwebs, wasp nests that they find, etc. and even in the months that they don't come, we only see an occasional silver fish or pinch bug. I love that I can change the frequency of their visits, and the price is very, very reasonable.“

“My husband and I just purchased a home in February. Prior to closing, we had Guardian come out and do a pest inspection. It was noted we had active subterranean termites as well as some dryrot on the siding of the house which needed to be replaced. After closing, we intended on taking care of those issues, but soon discovered that we needed a new roof and that took priority.

Fast-Forward to June/July, we were finally ready to have those issues addressed so I gave Guardian a call to see about scheduling another inspection. I assumed that, months having gone by, the price would have gone up since everything is more expensive nowadays.

To my delight, they honored the quoted price from January and were able to have people out in just a few days to begin replacing the siding of the house. Today, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone came by to complete the job and personally trenched my entire house and treated the crawlspace for termites.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quick turnaround. My only complaint is that the Sac Metro Area is extremely hot right now and I felt terrible that they were doing all this work in the heat!

“We just used Hawkeye for our inspection. We bought a home that was direct through the owner (they were also a Real Estate agent). Lori on the phone was very helpful. She had us do everything online and it was super convenient. Raymond was the inspector that showed up. He was very professional and extremely thorough. They caught every little detail and it ended up saving us thousands in negotiating the price. Funny enough the agent selling the house recommended him. They should probably start referring lesser quality inspectors. LOL. Joking aside I will now use them and refer them every time!“
