Viviana is my GIRL! And I miss her a ton! I work out of the country and was very busy while home, yet she always worked with me and my crazy schedule. I always felt really bad when I had to cancel or reschedule, yet she was always so graceful. So incredibly pleased with my first facial with Viviana. Her private room is serene and calming, the massage table was incredibly comfortable with a relaxing pulsating massage running down my back and legs. She was very sociable and kind, but also left me for some private moments to fully relax - the perfect bedside manner mix of both engaging while being respectful. Viviana walked me through the skincare step she was about to take and what she was using, which is always appreciated (especially for my first time and new sensations). Been with Viviana for 6 years and she is the absolute best! Her energy is magnetic. Her prices are very reasonable and she always has specials. Look for her on Groupon! That's honestly how I met her ;)
