I have been doing my taxes here for many years now, and have only had excellent experiences. Twyla, who is the preparer that I normally deal with is extremely knowledgeable and polite and helps me every year with my tax returns. They are fully qualified CPAs, and can help with various needs, and I highly recommend them.

The name of this accounting firm is now---Patrick Buzarellos Kendrick, LLP. Named after the founders, Catherine Patrick and Twyla Buzarellos, along with a promoted partner, Malia Kendrick. My certified public accountant is Twyla Buzarellos, CPA, MST, and she is a fantastic income tax preparer. My local personal organizer referred me to Twyla late last year as I began to panic about scary letters I received from the California Franchise Tax Board. I just spoke with Ms. Patrick about a real estate matter on behalf of one of her clients who happens to be my mother. She was not only extremely brusque in her response to my question but ended the call by stating 'well, I hope it works out for you' and then hung up on me. Frankly I was appalled at this lack of professionalism.
