Really wonderful experience being a member of this studio. They all know your name, and are really friendly and easy to talk to. I love the challenges and the option to participate at home on Zoom if you're feeling a slight cold or out of town for work but still would like to get some yoga in.
I absolutely love One Flow. What I love about this particular studio is their emphasis on the body and mind during practice. It’s an exercise in exploring and strengthening your inner self while moving through postures. Check out a class, you will be welcomed by the instructors and class, and will have no regrets about stopping by :)
Studio clearly cares about its members. You have a voice and feel valued here no matter how long you’ve been here. Good place to come if you’re looking for growth, sense of community, healing and health. Highly recommend.
