We had a very good experience with this company. There was a keen knowledge of products being doors, hardware, etc. The gentleman that came out to do the measurements was friendly and right to the point. We placed our order and within two weeks everything was shipped and ready to be installed. There was a nice older gentleman that came out, he was knowledgeable and efficient, in and out fairly quickly. We had one hiccup where one of the doors was getting a bit stuck when opening and closing, I let the company know and they had someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Bear in mind these doors come in a few weeks if you do special order, so prepare for that. I believe you pay half initially for a deposit and then the rest after completion. Will use again.

Look no further for your door needs. Was in desperate need of a new back door. Live in the country and my solid core door was no longer solid. Who woulda thought, right. Door handle had a lot of damage as well. Went down the list. OMG Diversified was the ONLY one to pick up. Came out the same day. Couldn't believe my luck. Got a quote, either on a Thurs. or Fri. Got on the schedule for Tues. Showed up as scheduled. Know nothing about doors, but it was quite an undertaking. No longer have a giant gap at top and seeing daylight through the sides. Nice and tight. My office is right by the door and my husband was scared I was going to bother the installer. :( I have work to do, not talk. My restroom is close by, so the installer didn't have to go all the way inside. Two deadbolts along with regular lock. Wanna be thugs will not be trying to come through that door. Will hurt worse than the last one. Front door is next. SOOOO excited about that one. For the amount of work that went into it, time involved, it was worth every penny. The threshold is blue. IMMEDIATELY caught my eye. Since it's an exterior door, apparently it has to be painted and the blue is a protective film so paint doesn't get on the threshold. OH. It peels right off right after the paint is dry. Go figure. Lol. Highly recommend.

Paul is a really nice guy and did a great job on my door. He was having a stressful day due to unforeseen circumstances and still squeezed me in to complete my project. I appreciate his flexibility and prompt communication with me when things were taking a little longer than expected. If there are any issues with the phone when you call just send a message here on Yelp or try calling again from a landline. They are working to fix a phone issue but I would hate to have given up and missed out on this rare example of genuine kindness and exemplary customer service. I would highly recommend this business for all your door and lock needs!
