These people are complete trash and lack moral compass. Specifically Deborah Ash, I have never been talked to in the tone of voice that she used. It was extremely disrespectful and she did unauthorized charges on my bank account. The charges were fraudulent and when I asked her about them I was mocked and ridiculed as well as laughed at. She is a horrible person and I am positive that she does not make nearly enough money to be as repulsive as she is. I have never encountered a more disgusting human being. If I could give zero stars I would. I am in the process of reporting her negligence to the BBB. Her character is disgusting on so many levels

Many year ago I referred an account to this agency and spoke to Marty, who has since retired. Marty, who was incredibly rude and pretty useless as a collector could not or would not collect the account stating the debtor was 'unfindable'. Roughly a month later, I collected the account myself. Decided to give another chance- yet I got shocked when I tried to refer many collection accounts to this agency and it took 6 calls to get a response. They then refused my calls, stating I was a debtor ( I nor my company is not, nor ever has been in collections). Once I finally got through, the receptionist put me through to someone named Terrie, and I was attempting to ask about referring collection accounts to them and she did not seem to have a clue how to proceed. I then spoke to someone in the law office named Eric(?) who also was not familiar on how to use the services. Here's a hint: If you want business, get someone who knows how to obtain accounts. I have close to $800,000 in collection accounts for my business and we have gone with another company. I got more than half my accounts collected within a year. Forget this place.

Emailed the company for a quote and never heard back from them. Too bad, since they LOST out on my business $$$$. Found a solid company they are in competition with. If you advertise a email address for clients to contact you, don't be unprofessional (which you are) and ignore communication. Contacted Larry Cassidy and Marty Anderson which BOTH didn't reply back. Shame on you.
