Nor Cal has been the absolute best property management company we have ever had. In the 5 years I’ve rented my current unit, we have had about 3-4 different ones and none have compared to Nor Cal. They have answered every issue we’ve ever had in a timely manner and are always quick to respond. They’ve also made it very easy to get a hold of someone for maintenance since they have set up portals where we can seamlessly pay rent, make online maintenance requests, and keep track of all activities from both ends.
