After several years away from yoga, I went this morning wondering just what my experience would be. I was very pleased with the gentle guidance, the wonderful studio, and the feeling of total acceptance, allowing me to just be where I am on the journey. I really love this hot yoga. All instructors are very friendly, well experienced, and helping to correct your posture each time when you do wrong. If you are new to yoga I would recommend to attend its YIN yoga session first before you try hot yoga session.
This is a great yoga studio! Everyone is super friendly and the facility is always clean and neat. It is a great place to go and you soon find that you have an extended family in the Natomas Yoga Studio!
