They were very helpful in assisting us to find a compatible color for waterproof laminate that was complimentary to the hardwood in our breakfast room & the many oak cabinets in the kitchen. We carried samples home 4 times to discover big differences in our home from what we saw in showroom. Once material arrived, the installation was quick & efficient. Our sales representative, Don, was exceptionally professional and maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the entire process. He was never pushy, demonstrated great patience, and ensured the materials were ordered promptly. The quote provided was fair and transparent.

My husband and I have used NG Floors for multiple flooring/kitchen projects across our rental properties, and they have always done an amazing job! This time, Stan worked very closely with me to design a new kitchen at our primary residence. He was very communicative and detailed with our design. His team worked for 4 days, and were very professional. They did an amazing job once again, we are so happy with the way our kitchen turned out (before and after photos included).
