I locked my phone and mistyped the pin number. Tried many times to figure out the pin to no avail. I was desperate and frustrated but this metro came to the rescue! KAY was AWESOME! He really was very knowledgeable and helped me get two phones not available at other MetroPCS's. I will definitely be going back to this store for my phone needs. He was quick, efficient and helpful. Customer service is everything and he did it right! (I came directly from another store in Sac who could not help me). Thank you!!

Muhammad a real patient polite man. I was calling around to every metro pcs in Sacramento none of them took the time to help me find a 15 pro iPhone. Muhammad did just that he found me one instead of ordering it on the apple website. And I am so grateful thank you Muhammad you are one of a kind!!! Thank you
