Let me just say by far the best medical facility I've been to. They were all super warm and friendly. Elvia stood out the most to me. She was so comforting, easy going, and a great listener. Very thorough the entire time and answered every question. The doctor was nice to very straight to the point but you know he means well. Keep up the good work!

I love my daughters pediatrician Dr. Nealon. He's really great with her ! One complaint I have is phone traffic. I call and instantly get put on hold. This happens to me all the time and it's very frustrating when trying to get an emergency appointment but I can't speak with anybody. It's gotten to the point where I'm on hold for more than an hour! The is unacceptable.
