First of all, I want to say it took me 3 times going back and forth to get an appointment - finally got one this month. The real reason I'm writing this is to say how impressed I was with Dr. Ursales. She took more time with me than I've ever had with a doctor. She was very professional, patient and took the time to go over all my concerns (I did come with a list of them to go over). In other words, she's awesome. Also, the staff is wonderful.
I'm not sure where to begin with reviewing this Natomas medical office. The truth is I've been coming here for years, only because Sutter Health doesn't take my insurance and I have to use Dignity. And in all honesty, most medical offices in Sacramento have terrible reviews, I'm not sure I could get much better elsewhere, and changing providers is a long drawn out headache. I usually get the care I need here but with a massive wait time. I waited 6 months for a referral to go through to a nutritionist and it can also be a 6 month wait for a basic office visit with my PCP. Excelent service , Dr. Arash Nasim, is my mom family doctor, my mom not believing in any other doctor.
All the staff that I met was seriously taking care of their patients.
