I've been coming to Tudi for the past 10 years and I never had a problem with tuti doing my nails, my toenails, my hair waxing or anything else and my clients all brag about how wonderful she is as well. I have had Tuti come in about an hour to 2 hours before she opens and also have her stay later after she closes to help me get my hair done or my nails done my toes done and if it's a special occasion she'll bend over backwards to try to help you get those things done as well. She wants you to look as beautiful as possible. And make sure that she does a wonderful job and if she does have a problem with something or you have a problem with her work she will fix it for you. She will not let you walk out of the shop unhappy.

I am very unhappy with the mani/pedi services by this salon. My cousin referred me. However, the experience I had was awful. The lady performing the nail services was very abrupt, impolite, and unprofessional. I honestly do not believe she had a manicuring license. Let me start from the beginning. My friend and I arrived for our appointments. We each scheduled a mani/pedi combo. My friend was set at her pedi chair and I had to wait for my chair because the lady was finishing up with her previous client. Tudi did great, will def be coming back. Went in the first time the other day and loved the service. She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. With the outcome I was very pleased.
