After living at my house for almost 2 years, I finally realized I needed carpet cleaning for my 3 bedrooms lol. To be fair, I did keep my carpets in a very good condition. Anyways, I've never hired anyone for carpet cleaning before. Of course I had to turn to Yelp for help! While strolling through the results, I stumbled upon Liberty Floor. Not many reviews but all 5 stars. I requested a quote through the app. Got a quick response from the owner Mike. We ended up exchanging information over the phone and I hired him. My appointment time was at 10:30am. A little before 10:00, he showed up at my door. Early but I didn't mind at all! He explained all the processes to me and how long it would take to get the job done. He estimated it will take around 2 hours and he was done before the 2 hour mark. Since this was just a small job, he did all the work himself. Mike was very professional, efficient, prompt, and easy to communicate with. Price was decent as well. Before he left, he gave some booties so that I can use them if I needed to go into the rooms while the carpets were drying. I am satisfied with his service!
