I recently learned this store was in our my neighborhood and took in two pairs of sunglasses (without an appointment) with different issues....one pair of Calvin Klein and a pair of Ray Bans. Richard and Joaquin were super friendly and very quickly resolved both issues while I waited. They also answered questions I had about store products. A+ in customer service from me. I highly recommend this store. Welcome to the Promenade in Natomas!

Robert at LensCrafters was so helpful. I just needed a screw for my Maverick sunglasses. He graciously helped me by fixing my glasses and sending me on my way. LensCrafters is now my go to place for anything I need related to eye glasses.
