I've been working in land-use and regulatory law for almost a decade now, and Tim is one of the better lawyers I have worked with. Winning a property rights case against the government is hard, and the deck is often stacked against you, but I've seen Tim win those hard cases.More importantly, he actually believes in what he does. He doesn't take morally ambiguous cases. If Tim is working with you, it's because he believes you are in the right. Win or lose, he's honest and he fights.When I get calls on land-use issues from California, I usually send them to Tim.

I worked with attorney Timothy Kassouni directly. Tim was really easy to speak with, in fact he gave me his personal mobile number so I could contact him over the weekend. I was dealing with an appurtenant easement issue. He explained the steps of the easement process in a manner that was understandable. But the thing I liked most about working with Timothy Kassouni was his attention to a strategy that sought to be the most frugal approach for my situation. He explained we could approach it a few different ways and the benefits of each approach. Ultimately, I chose his strategy that was the least expensive, knowing we might have to revisit the matter at a later point. But for the time being, I saved money in the process and have had no issues with the easement he provided counsel on. The next time I need legal advice, I'll be contacting Timothy Kassouni.
