Came to see my Dr at the Kaiser Railyard location and noticed they had a small cafe with Starbucks in the lobby area next to the pharmacy. Being that I didn't have my coffee yet and I was feeling hungry after my appt, I decided to check them out. They have all kinds or breakfast pastries, sandwiches which are toasted and warmed and any Starbucks variety of coffee your heart desires. This location has the best female nurse and Dr staff in the area. Recommend

Never an issue here! This place is fast efficient and customer service is great! I think the most I ever waited was 10 minutes. I think calling ahead is key. They also validate parking.

Great experience overall. Easy parking which is great for downtown area. There's designated handicap parking at each floor. Parking in the attached structure is validated for 2 hrs for each area. For example, you can get validation at the lab check in station for 2 hrs then you can get another validation at the vaccination check in station for another 2 hrs so no need to worry about running out of time. Really nice rooftop garden on the 3rd floor. Nice coffee shop on the 1st floor. Plenty of nice artwork throughout the building. Efficient check in process for each station.
