I had a gel manicure done a week ago last Saturday. They all lifted and peeled off. Over priced and very disappointed. My gel manicure's usually last 2 -3 weeks. I will never go back.

My appointment was for 12:30, I was seen until 1:32, my nails are shaped terrible, made me bleed, polish is so thick I’m so upset will never come back hereUpdate: I was so unhappy with my nails I went back the next day and they did atleast give me a refund which is good business. They just need to figure out which technicians should be pedicures only and schedule better because I still can’t believe I waited over an hour

Good, decent job on "regular" mani/pedis (no gel for me), but nothing special. The technicians are skilled enough, and I really appreciate how clean everything is. But I never feel welcome or recognized there even though I'm a neighbor and go there regularly. I don't get the impression that the woman who work there are happy.
