I have a love hate relationship with JC Penny. It feels a bit tucked away in the mall and definitely hasn't changed much over the years. I have found some brands and styles that I've loved, especially for blouses and so I'll pop in to see if they have anything a few times a year. At this point I find it easier to shop online than in the store, because it can be difficult to find the correct sizes and with sales going on all the time it's nice to know how much each item is going for at the moment. My mom wanted a suit so we came here. The clothes are nice. The only issue is there is only one fitting room and depending on where you're shopping it can be on the opposite side of the store (it was for us). There are no employees around like a ghost town. Malls are dying.

J C Penny's salon Just note to commend Ellie a stylist I had the pleasure of meeting. I was a walk in searching for a haircut. Ellie received me and was such a joy. She suggested I have a treatment for my damaged hair before my cut. Later she cut and styled my hair and I walked out a happy customer. See you again Ellie
