This is such a wonderfully, relaxing place. All the decor and lighting really add to the sauna experience. I love how private the rooms are. I used the Red Light Therapy room on my last visit and the results gave me glowing, soft skin after one use. The lights in the sauna are a great addition to the healing power of the heat. Alicia is so skilled and knowledgeable, too! I'm so satisfied and relaxed each time I visit.

Alicia is an amazing masseuse. She is able to "read" your body by it's responses and knows what it needs. Whether it's a deeper or lighter massage, she is intuitive and provides the best treatment and massage that you need. I went for the first time to see her today and have already scheduled my next massage. She is a massage "whisperer" and I look forward to my next massage with Alicia.

Alicia is amazing! I've tried many massage therapists and Alicia is one of the best! She's friendly, warm and outgoing, always makes me feel comfortable and at ease and her wonderful massages take my neck and shoulder pain away! I recommend her to everyone I know!
