Overall my experience was great, Donna is an amazing person, always answering questions and giving all the information i need to know about filing taxes, the fees were a little pricey but i love the experience, will continue to file with JH ?

2nd year using this office. They're super fast and make the process simple and easy. They're also able to advance me more of my refund than H&R Block can. Completely satisfied! Highly recommend. Thank you so much, Terry!

Very friendly and social, environment.. He took the time to answer my questions.and explain what my forms were about , and what he was preparing, , always smiling... reasonable cost preparation, He offered his card and reassured me he was always available to help me if I had any questions,.
