The days of Sutter being a superior care facility have gone by the wayside. The care providers are top notch. Most of the supporting staff is excellent. There are a few exceptions. Much of the wait areas, hospital floor and exam areas are deficient. I won't drone on about the miserable ER. A true blemish. Sutter over time has focused on expanding their footprint and obviously executive compensation over the facilities and the customer experience. I'm not a fan.

I had out-patient surgery this summer at Sutter General and had excellent care. I cannot say enough good things about my visit here. Real professionals who are caring and considerate. Thank you all!
