Terrible customer service, he does not deliver on his word. Rico claims he has a huge client base, however that does not give him the right to be disrespectful towards his customers, especially FIRST time customers that can refer new clients. I will never use him again, even if he was the last photographer on earth, if I could give "zero" stars I would.
