This is a full service real estate office for a very reasonable price. I had listed my home for about 2 months last fall with a different realtor and didn't sell. The other realtor was not willing to do open houses and was not really overly helpful in scheduling showings that were considerate of my work from home situation. I got burned out pretty quickly with that and cancelled my listing.This spring, I decided to try out Help U Sell. I had driven past and seen their office many times, so decided to give them a try. I highly recommend Tom Nunes with Help U Sell !!!I originally called ‘ Help U Sell’ 17 years ago when I was considering selling my home. Having been recently widowed at the time, I decided to not sell it just than. That is when I first met Tom Nunes.Last year, I made the decision to go forward and sell the property. Tom provided outstanding service for a fraction of the cost. After numerous real estate dealings, I found it very difficult to give up the normal 2.5% sales commission when selling my own home. After considering selling it myself, I contacted Tom and was delighted to hear the services he provides. There was several options, all advantageous to sellers. He was the most attentive agent I have used and was there every step of the way. If you are looking to get the most out of your house, while still receiving excellent service, Tom is your guy.
