As a security guard, it is laid-back and pretty chill. The maintenance guys and the porter are very nice. My only feedback would be for the management, due to the lack of communication between them and individual security guards. Your Securitas Scheduler acts as a middle man for communication, basically. I get no emails about the monthly schedule, and am expected to magically know this client's off-days. I dunno where Heart Land posts their off days in hard copy. What beats me is that Heart Land is open during Veterans day, but closed during Thanksgiving and Christmas? Veterans day is also a National holiday, right? Yet Heart Land is not closed on all national holidays......read full review
