We had Gutterdome installed a few years ago and initially were very pleased with the results. However over a period of time, pine needles began accumulating on a gutter that was too high for us to reach without a tall ladder. All the info on Gutterdome, plus what their rep told us, indicated that this should not happen and out gutters would be maintenance-free. Ha! They also said that if our gutters clogged they would clean them out free of charge. Double Ha! The company that installed our Gutterdome product is no longer trading and is not available to clean out the supposedly 'maintenance-free' gutter cover system. And Gutterdome, as the supplier of the product, not the installer, is NOT INTERESTED. So we had to pay to have our gutter cleaned. Lesson learned and we will not recommend this product or similar to anyone else. Be warned!! If you have pine trees near by, it ain't going to work.

Malorie O. I'm giving you this rating to get your attention. I would like to update it to a five star but . . . I've tried to get in touch with your company for a warrantee repair on the GutterDome system you installed for me but none of your published numbers work.Suspicious. How do I reach you?

Reliable service!!! Our gutter guards were installed 3 years ago and so far working as expected. The recent storm in NCAL noticed some overflowing in some gutters and called them to inspect the guards - because it is dusty in our area and the tile roof, this may have caused some minor clogging of the drainspout. Service tech (Omar and Daniel) took care of the issue, covered by warranty.
