Service is okay if you can actually get a hold of somebody. Don't even bother wasting your time trying to call. Phone will just ring and ring and ring until it eventually hangs up on you. Some days I spend multiple hours trying to get a hold of somebody on the phone.Again don't waste your time with the phone just go in.

I have been coming in here off and on for years to get various electrical supplies and telephone equipment. Always very good service and if I need to order something I usually have it within a day or two. One counter person in particular has been very helpful to me his name is Jerryhot. He is always very helpful since I'm looking for a part and I don't know exactly what the specifications are. He goes out of his way to look it up and to provide me with the correct material to get the job done. Very important in this business to be timely and accurate and he definitely helps me to that end. Bravo Graybar five stars for you.
