Val seemed to be very knowledgable. He was courteous and best of all he is not an alarmist. He could have scared my first time buyers but he explained everything , answered their questions and explained that the imperfections were not unusual for an older home. I thought he did a great job.

The process was smooth and helpful from start to finish. Setting up the appointment over the phone provided a lot of additional detail and context for the process, and the inspection itself was timely and informative.
