I saw a provider with the office 4 days ago and he prescribed 2 medications to help with acute abdominal pain. The prescriptions were not sent to to the pharmacy. I called the next day and asked that my prescriptions be sent to the pharmacy. The office again failed to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy the day after the appointment. After several more calls the third day after the appointment, the office agreed to send prescription. The pharmacy, however, has to order the medications. As a result, it will take 72 hours from the time of the appointment with provider until the patient is actually able to pick up medications that the patient needs immediately. This sort of negligence will result in patients becoming sicker and more emergency room visits.

It's hard to get someone on the phone in that office. I call the # that it shows on google and you get put on hold but no one answers. There has been times where someone picked u and put me on hold and never cam back or hung up after 30 minutes. I have been on hold, drove to the office, stood by the front desk and told them that I am on hold still. It too me 25 minutes to get to the office. Great doctors but not so efficient at the front desk area.

OMG. I can already say that there is a serious lack of professionalism going on, I will be asking for a referral to a different office. Where do I begin?! Got a referral for this office from my doctor, had to wait for that. No problem. Got an appointment sometime in September, a few months out but I'm a big girl I can handle that wait. Then I get a phone call -they have to reschedule me because one of the doctors just decided to get up and leave. According to the receptionist there was no excuse given. Red flag. Most doctors have more professionalism than that when they want to use a job on their resume as a reference. Come to find out they can't schedule an appointment for me until November, another two months out. I have my little pout fest, as I am waiting to see about potential ulcers and awful pains in my stomach along with other serious issues but what can I do? I get a phone call today, they would like to reschedule my appointment from November until late January with my doctor. Another two months. After some wheeling and dealing with a woman that was clearly on the defensive side, rather than the empathetic side, I decide to completely change my doctor all together and go with someone else. We make an appointment for the soonest they have available on my days off which is December 6. Great. Of course it's at the exact same time as my therapy appointment, so I will miss therapy on that day to accommodate their schedule. I asked the receptionist why there is so many scheduling errors and conflicts and she told me they book appointments with clients first, and then get the schedules from the doctors when they are available. Doesn't that sound pretty backwards?? Ughhh!
