I've been using Garick for over 10 years and have been super happy with them. At some point in the past few years, they merged with Clarke and Rush but they retained their employees and attention to customer service and I'm really glad. They've installed, repaired, and make sure that our HVAC system is working well. Earlier this year, there was a problem with the unit in the back - a plastic piece inside the unit had warped or something. The fellow got it fixed up and working through the super hot summer.
My heat went out during a freezing week in December. The existing unit would be very expensive to repair because it was over 30 years old and I could smell that something had burned out. Garrick was there within an hour, diagnosed the problem, gave me several options (repair, replace etc). To repair was extremely expensive and would take several days to find and have the parts shipped, so i opted for a new system. They showed up with a large team and had heat back in a day to get me through the weekend. By the next Tuesday the heating and air were installed, inspections completed and I was all set! Great service, lots of attention to detail, and they cleaned up afterward .
After getting estimates from close to 20(!!) HVAC companies, we selected Garick for our huge project! We needed our attic cleared out, a new HVAC system and all new ductwork installed, and new insulation. Halfway through we decided to also have them change out the exhaust fans in our bathrooms. Warren was a our project manager and went above and beyond ensuring all of our wants and needs were exceeded!! He was extremely thorough, diligent, communicative, and made sure we were happy during and after the install.
