They were very professional. I called with a last minute order. When I came in to pick it up, I saw a different setting of flowers I liked and asked to switch. Without a moments hesitation, the young lady that was helping me grabbed the new vase and flowers and handed them to me. She then made the transaction seamless. Wonderful workers!
G Rossi Florist is amazing! I live in Southern California and send Valentine's Day flowers to my daughter for the last 2 years, and I will forever be a loyal customer. They go above and beyond and their delivery service today was early in the day which makes me a happy camper. Thank you very much to all the staff who make flower ordering a pleasant experience ❤️
The bouquet ? was gorgeous as usual. The delivery person was very nice and offered to carry the flowers to my wife’s office. G Rossi’s product is nothing short of exceptional, which is why I use this florist exclusively.
