G.J. Gardener (Gardner) built a 600 sq ft ADU for me in 2023. I have exactly what I wanted, and I am very pleased with the final construction. I would recommend Gardner if you are considering a construction project.I spent 2022 searching for a contractor to build an ADU in my backyard to accommodate our multi-generational family. I contacted four contractors none of whom followed through with a written estimate, a home visit to scope out the space available to build the desired structure, and without a discussion about what I was hoping to create.
