“Nobody wants to have to write this review. My father died fairly unexpectedly one evening. I met the Sheriff deputies at his house and they left, I didn’t really know what to do. I called Lombard and was greeted with respect and dignity, despite it being a little late at night. They walked me thru the process, step by step, and came to pick him up. The next day I talked to Jenna, and she was amazing. She communicated each step of the process clearly, checked in frequently, and was incredibly friendly. I know this is a business but they weren’t pushy about money, upselling keepsakes, or any of that, which made the process that much better.
