Great company! We hired 1st Response Plumbing to come to the house to fix a broken shower. While taking care of that issue, coincidentally, we discovered that our water heater had apparently/recently broken leaving our basement with water. Despite having other appointments, their crew spent the entire day at our house replacing our water heater. They were efficient, polite, and very professional. We used them in the past for other smaller jobs with the same satisfaction. They will be the only plumbing company will ever use in Middletown, Rhode Island. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were assigned this company bully American Home Shield, The owner of this business is also the technician. Very polite and efficient. Fixed the problem right away. We were extremely pleased.
