“I've only been with Benefitmall for a couple of months, but so far everything has been pretty good. There were a few little hitches with some of the training and some of the corporate support, which would lead me to leave a 4 start review, but the representative who set me up and has continued to help me, Trey Voytilla, has been superb in smoothing out the rough patches. It is definitely a good bang for the buck, and when there's a problem they take care of it asap. UPDATE: Had a few problems with their "account specialist" dedicated to my case. They really screwed the pooch a few times, and I'd have given a much lower rating (2 star) if it weren't for my sales rep (Trey Voytilla) going above and beyond to make sure the problems got fixed. His job was done months ago after he signed me up, but in the name of customer service made sure he got in touch with the right people when my account specialist was nowhere to be found.“

“One of the best decisions I've made in my career has been to trust this amazing company in handling my books. I thought how hard could it be to do the books and do my own taxes.
