“I live in Vacaville but wanted to try a doctor who could do exam and glasses the same day, so i drove the 40 minutes. With that being said. Very nice staff and helpful, but the eye exam was virtual and I felt that the doctor was rushing, he wasn't giving me enough time with the letter or when I needed to pick which vision was better 1 or 2. They used the same letters each time, so even though I could not technically see them I knew what they were. I do need to go back to see the doctor in person to redo the exam. They do have many glasses to pick from, but I did not leave with any since I have to come back.“

An estimate of cost was determined. I was assured they could do the job and the turnaround was short. They went far beyond the repair. The vintage glasses frames were made better than they have ever been. My favorite frames are like new! Thank you Pro-Op for your excellent service. The cost was moderate and definitely worth it.“

“Yesterday, my wife and I picked up our new glasses. Alex did an incredible job of fitting our new glasses to our faces/heads. He took his time and was meticulous in making sure the arms of the new frames fit perfectly to our temples and behind our ears. When he was finished, our new frames/lens fit as if they were custom made for us. Also, I should mention, the store has an excellent selection of frames and Alex has a knack for picking out a few for your consideration. My wife and I were extremely happy with the results and will always return to see him when the need arises.“

I could find the rimless frames here and then found colorful metal frames with the nose pads. I like color frames and the other eye centers I went to just had standard dark colors.
