ERD has been a valuable resource to repair and resolve malfunctions on our Stryker video integration systems, OR tables and sterilizers. They are very responsive in emergency situations, very professional and knowledgeable in the medical equipment field. When we call ERD, we are confident our service issues will be resolved.
ERD repaired a surgical table for me that I just didn't have the time to tear down. They were able to provide a service loaner during the repair and got the table back up and operating very quickly. Kevin and the team were very responsive and did great work.
