I called and was able to get support very quickly. Ren (owner) was on time, clean, and professional. I was struggling with oriental roaches (water bugs), and recently mice. He plugged an area we believe to be the point of entry for my mice problem, laid traps, sprayed for bugs, knocked down cobwebs and did a thorough job, much more than the company I had before which let me down more than once.
