Been training for 20 plus years, happy to say that this is probably the best martial arts studio around. Staff is very well educated and sincere with all students. Studio is always open for practice, curriculum is top notch

Our family has been a part of the Eastern Ways Martial Arts family for nearly two decades. They are an incredible studio that truly cares for their students. The instructors are highly skilled in their practice and are equally dedicated to their students.

Our boys have been students of Sifu Lendech for the past 10 years. We have watched them grow in so many positive ways while reaching their goals with confidence and determination. They are also part of the TEK Team and Lion Dance team which promotes life skills, leadership and team work.

Joining Eastern Ways has been the best experience for our boys. We can’t recommend enough.

Eastern Ways is nothing short of amazing. They are super hands on, love their craft of Martial Arts and hidden gem of a martial arts studio in Sacramento. The instructors are super friendly knowledgeable and is always more than a blast to visit Sifu Lendech and the rest of the staff.

Our premium martial arts training program offers Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Kidsafe Self Defense lessons as well as lion and dragon dance taught by experienced instructors. We specialize in private lesson teaching where the focus is on quality over quantity and personal progression according to the learning speed of each individual student. Our traditional arts includes some of the most rare weapons, animal styles and two person forms in existence that have come from generations of practitioners. Our programs are designed to help students improve their physical fitness, flexibility, and self-defense skills.
