Adrian and Raul are very patient, professional, friendly, respectful and respond promtly and with ease to any type of communication (email/text). They are outstanding assets to Eastlawn Memorial's team. There was a lot of terminology that was not familiar to me but Adrian and Raul were very patient with me and always asked if I had any questions before they continued on. Adrian and Raul made the whole process as painless as can be expected considering the circumstances. I highly recommend Eastlawn Mortuary at Greenback for your family member's final resting place. Crystal was amazing with our family through the unfortunate loss of our Father. She was very kind and worked with us every step of the way from retrieving his body to contacting the VA cemetery on our behalf. She was very professional and courteous. Your loved ones will be in good care with this facility.
