I was a new patient and they were very friendly and helpful. From the very beginning I felt very welcomed and the staff listened to my dental issues. All the procedures were explained in detail and the action plan was straightforward and the cost of all services needed were presented in detail. I had a Dental emergency and went to Natomas Crossing Dental without an appointment. They were able to accommodate me. My son was on Winter break and he was with me and they showed great patients with him and was able to take care of my needs and schedule a follow up appointment very professional, polite, courteous, and flexible. Highly recommend recommended..
