They always take care of my Darcy and she actually loves going there. I trust them fully and know they will do the best they can to care for her! They are easily reachable as you can text them which is so nice!
I wasn't sure to expect after reading other reviews, but we have had a very positive experience here with our pets. We brought in our new puppy for her first shots and also our Chihuahua who was having some tenderness and pain in her ears. The staff were very good with her And provided us a lot of information about what was needed and what might be needed in the future. She did need to get sedated to have the treatment completed, and they were kind enough to clip her nails for free! With the treatment provided she made a full recovery and I'm grateful she's no longer in pain. Staff are lovely!
We have continued to take out dog to Discovery Animal Hospital and he's now three years old. They've done a great job making sure we keep him up to date on shots and have everything we need like this heartworm/flea medication. Sometimes they're busy when we call in for appointments, but they're great at keeping you on a list for last minute openings/cancellations and usually when we need a quick appointment we're able to get in. The parking lot is small and it's right next to a recycling building which can be noisy- my dog doesn't love it when it's extra noisy over there when we arrive.
