My lawyer was Kate Ebert. She is very friendly and caring. I will say my lawsuit took longer than expected and there were times of waiting for updates. However, no news was always good news. She did update me immediately anytime there was a hiccup. I'm very satisfied w/ my ultimate settlement and would hire her again.
Tim and Katelyn were excellent at communications. I'm especially grateful that Tim was willing to take my case with so little time before the statute of limitations was reached. I realized that attorneys really want to settle out of court if at all possible.
