I had renters who made a house unlivable by abandoning animals in it. The smell was off the charts bad. Initial efforts to just clean did nothing. CRBR came in and assessed the problem correctly. They removed drywall and flooring and made adjustments along the way as needed when more pet urine damage was noted, requiring subfloor removal. Qyntyn in remediation, and Chris and William in reconstruction did a great job looking after our needs and responding when we had questions. The house is livable and happily lived in again.
We recently had a pipe burst inside the wall of our kitchen, causing extensive water and mold damage (it had been slowly leaking undetected for quite a while...). Omar and the team from CRBR came out quickly and did an amazing job addressing the damage and remediating the mold. They were always on time, very detailed, and really went out of their way to explain the issue and talk through potential solutions.

Kelly, Thomas, and Alex were great to have in my
corner after a tree blew down through my roof. My insurance company was quite difficult to deal with, but Kelly handled them like the pro she is. Thomas always gave me options with different building materials and made sure I understood what would happen next and that I was satisfied with the work. I do not wish property damage on anyone after this experience, but if it happens to you I do recommend CRBR!
