Terrible lawn service company that stole from our property management company because they claimed to be providing a service, but did not, and instead continued to take their money anyways. Craneo lawn care reached out one time to get the code for our back gate, which was provided, they used this entrance one time to come and take care of the properties vegetation after we reached out to our property management company multiple times since the weeds in our back yard were almost 3ft tall.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Craneo Lawn Care was hired by my property manager to take care of the landscaping at the property I rent. This is my fourth year living at this property, and I have only ever seen this group come out maybe twice a year (even though they are paid to come out every month). When asked as to why they weren’t showing up, they said it was because the fence was locked (even though we told them the code to the gate). Rather than listen to our instructions as to how to get into the backyard, they decided to break down the fence and force their way in.

If I could give no stars, I would.HORRIBLE work; deplorable attitudes; unprofessional demeanor.Let messes of leaves & branches all over the property.Decided on their own that we, the property owners, "needed a break" so just didn't' show up for over a month.AND finally, got defensive when we tried to address these issues and told us they weren't coming back.Good riddance!
