Cisco creates art on your face. He will take amazing care of your brows but more importantly makes you feel so seen and heard. I went to Cisco for 2.5 years while living in Sacramento and haven't been able to find an eyebrow artist that comes close to him in Southern California! I will probably have to go to Sacramento just to get my brows done by Cisco every few months! I highly recommend him for brows, and hair coloring!
I've been going to Lord Cisco for a couple of years now, and he is and always will be part of my beauty routine! He is someone I would even call a friend, even though we only see each other and talk when I'm in his chair at the salon! Also, recently I decided to get laser hair removal on the back of my neck because it's made me insecure and uncomfortable since I was a kid. The lady at the laser place said I had to shave it before coming - how?! I didn't know who to ask to do this, and it's an odd request so I never went back and that was years ago. I have never had my eyebrows tinted and so I wanted to see what it would look like. Cisco is amazing! He really is an expert eyebrow artist and so appreciated the thought and care he put into mine. I was incredibly happy with the way they came out!! Will definitely be coming back in the future.
