Sacramento based Personal Training and Group Exercise classes taught by Marc Cinder, a Corrective Exercise Specialist Coach with over 27 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. Group exercise workouts done in a personal training style. Each workout is designed to build upon the last one to progressively move the client to their outcome goal. Each session blends various training systems to provide a fun and challenging class.
