Found them thru Sutter Hospice when I needed 24x7 care for my Dad. Basil, Naisa and Curtis have provided exceptional care. They are called to this profession and it shows in the level of care they provide. They treat my Dad with respect, help him maintain his dignity and are skilled in the services they deliver. A huge relief for me.Adding to the list of exceptional caregivers we have experienced: Johnnel, Dee, Va and Jamba. Also commend the office team for professionalism and compassion. The personal visit from Melissa and the Christmas gift for my Dad was a lovely and welcome touch. Thank you all!

After reading reviews on Google and yelp, we spoke with an office staff member, who is very knowledgeable about the process of having in-home care. They were professional, and were able to get things started quickly.The caregiver they sent out for my grandmother, was professional, courteous, and understanding of the fact that my grandmother really thought she could do it herselfCarescope is also on call 24 hours a day and you will always get a person to speak to when an emergency happens and you need some thing in a hurry.Thank you to the team at carescope for your continued service with my grandmother.
