I would say I'm pulling my daughter out but no need for that because she's been completely abandoned by this practice. Im not even upset that her therapist left the practice but absolutely no follow up for about a month now. I call with a sense of urgency in hopes that I get the help desperately needed for my daughter and nobody calls back. Only 2 stars because my other daughter is supposed to see a therapist (haven't been to one yet and it's been months). But she's seeing another person. I can't remember her title (she's not a therapist) but she is consistent and working with my other daughter. But as a whole I'm over this place.

I have had 7 appointments in the last month be canceled at the last minute. Appointments often set up days or even weeks in advance. They have some amazing services, but at extremely unreliable.
