They are very patient and helpful. On my most recent request they knew exactly what I needed and took care of it quickly. This insured I could get back to work with little time lost.
The CNS team is the best, they are prompt to respond and always so very pleasant to work with and assist with all of my technical issues. I am not tech savvy, but they never make me feel that I am asking a silly question. The always get me situated so I can continue working!
I recently moved my mortgage company's IT needs, LOS software, and email all over to Capital Network Solutions from a different group I have been with for many years and it has been one of the best moves I have ever made. Brian Mayorga and his team have been amazing. With such a big move there have been plenty of hurdles that have popped up and they've been incredibly quick to address them and best of all the communication has been A+. Let's be honest, communication is almost the only thing that matters these days anyway. The expectations were set fairly from the start and they have delivered on their commitments 100%.
